| Fields Used: | Fitzpatrick Stadium & Portland Sports Complex |
Note: This session will play mostly inside at PSC

Basic Rules:
- 6 vs 6 (with at least 2 women)
- 2- 25 minute halves running time, stop time when applicable
- 40 x 60 yard field, 7' x 12' goals
- Players must be 21+
- Sportsmanship policy strictly enforced
- No metal cleats and shin guards recommended
