Basic Rules:
- 5 vs 5 (with at least 1 woman)
- 2- 25 minute halves running time, stop time when applicable
- 30 x 60 yard field, 7' x 12' goals
- Strictly enforced sportsmanship policy
- All kicks direct
- Players must be 21+
- No metal cleats and shin guards recommended
